The Gold medallists for the week! Hope you get the message as clear as the others and you don’t let the experience go away. This is a constant race (in the good sense) to excel on a personal level. Your team is very much strong and capable to bring out good work. But I also have noticed that there are two or three of you who are doing the most of the job and let the others to be covered under your wing. You must try to divide the work equally and the deliverables to be presented are consistent with the good work everyone has set into it. Keep up the good work! Remember to read the resources provided for the next couple of weeks since we will be working on that and we need you to have more deeper knowledge by the time you come to class.
here's the comment for me: Interesting reflection on yourself, which leads you to a point in which you must understand that bad planning might not bring good results and might also provide the others a mistaken perception of yourself. Think about how they would felt during those moments about you as their leader. I hope you did something to balance the situation with them so their perceptual error can be erased. This is a two way street and therefore, an important lesson to consider. There are things that we need to value when we see something in other person, but they are also judging us for what we project. Think about it. Keep the good work on!

seh,first B for this week...haha.....i like my team for Entreprise skill,so fun to be with them,haha...crack joke together in MSN when other teams are having presentation,lol and also shared sweets around(is from me)....lol
I dun really like some of the module seh,so boring one...maths and science!!!dammit but bo bian must take one!!!!joining Acrhery IG with Gerald,next week's monday will go for the workshop and then trial test to see whether we can get in a not,wtf!!!!!
